What We Look For, and What We Decline

We look for

  • ✓Original, unpublished work written for WeDoRank.
  • ✓First-hand experience: real tests, audits, workflows, or lessons from client work (anonymised where needed).
  • ✓A direct answer near the top, then depth. Aim for 1,800 words or more, and use as many as the topic needs.
  • ✓Claims backed by named, linkable sources. No invented statistics or case-study results.
  • ✓Clear structure with descriptive H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs, examples, and steps a reader can follow.
  • ✓Screenshots and data that you own and have the right to share.

We do not accept

  • ×Paid, sponsored, or link-placement posts.
  • ×Content already published elsewhere, or lightly reworded from another source.
  • ×AI-generated text with no real experience or editing behind it.
  • ×Product pitches or agency adverts disguised as articles.
  • ×Guaranteed-ranking claims, black-hat tactics, or link schemes.
  • ×Gambling, adult, payday loan, and other high-risk niches.

Links: one link to your site or LinkedIn profile in your author bio, plus contextual links only where they help the reader. We may edit or remove any link.

FAQ

Guest Post Questions

Do you accept paid or sponsored guest posts?+

No. We only publish editorial contributions that earn their place on merit. We do not sell links or sponsored placements.

Do you pay contributors?+

Contributions are unpaid. In return you get a byline, an author bio with a link, and editorial support from our team.

How long should a contributor article be?+

We suggest 1,800 words or more, but depth matters more than word count. Cover the topic fully, answer the question early, and skip filler.

Can I link to my own site?+

You can include one link to your site or LinkedIn profile in your author bio. Contextual links must be relevant and help the reader. We may edit or remove any link.

How long until I hear back?+

We aim to reply to every pitch within 7 business days. If your pitch is not a fit, we will tell you why.

Who owns the article after it is published?+

You keep ownership of your work. By contributing, you give WeDoRank permission to publish it, edit it for clarity and accuracy, and keep it online.
